Getting that first deal started
Hello there!
I am looking to get into the rental game after my wife and I sell our second home and move to the Ottawa side of the NCR.
Quick intro, I have been a medically released veteran as of Dec. 2019. I am currently rehabbing my principal res (on the Gatineau side) with my wife.
I am interested in doing a number of things but Id like to dip my toes before I breach the door so to speak.
Im always up for advice, learning and chatting. I look forward to getting involved with this community.
