Real estate license
Hey guys so I’m new to the real estate Industry and I’m studying to get my real estate license and I’m doing it not just to learn but to also get leads use the mls etc. But Iv been hearing on podcasts that it could bite you in the ***?! So my goal is to buy and sit on a couple of 4plex’s cause I’m not trying to get into commercial property. I know starting in single family my he the best way but I’m looking to house hack so that’s why I say 4plex. But I’m posting this for advise cause I have no clue! TIA
