Investing in Puerto Rico
Hello everybody!! I’m new to real estate I’m looking to invest in Loiza, Puerto Rico. With all the changes in the market and the economy after the hurricane I’m not so sure, is there anybody actively investing in PR or that has done it in the past that can provide advice???
Is a single family home 3 bedrooms 1 bath. It only owes $50k so the monthly payment would be around $400 a month. I was thinking to rent it to a family as the area is not so touristic to do airbnb.
