1st Rental Property Advice
My husband and I just closed on our first rental property last month. We are wondering from a financial standpoint, should we open a business bank account or just a superare personal bank account to keep all finances separate from our personal finances? If we open a business bank account, how do we get all the legal documents to open the business bank account.
