I want to start wholeselling and after a months long analysis paralysis I've finally decided to go out and start driving for dollars in my city in Chula Vista California. I've search for any red flags I can find, bad roofs, overgrown grass, and messed up windows. So far I've only manage to list 23 houses that match these descriptions. This is where I hit a road block. I at least want to research these addresses bu I don's know where to start. I'll gladly take any advice and in the mean time I might as well keep searching.

@Alejandro Ochoa what exactly are you trying to research about them, the county and public records are usually a good place to start, for example most people who bought their house a month ago aren't interested in selling.

@Alejandro Ochoa Im just getting started and was wondering how to approach this. I decided to buy a absentee owner list from listsource dot com and I think I will hire a cold caller to contact them. It's all a numbers game, the more contact you make the better your chances of scoring a deal. But Im not sure how responsive people will be at this crazy time. Im gonna wait some weeks before I start my cold calling

Hi Alejandro,
Usually the next step to take when researching addresses would be to look up the property owner information. When my company does this, we've used Easy Mail Club. Property information on there is like 20 cents a hit, so it's a pretty reasonable next step. We also use them for direct mail campaigns too (usually these follow after your initial research is complete).
