Benefits of Coaching

Since getting into REI, I've been trying to network and meeting new people. I received a phone call from a Coach presenting to me about syndication. He did his spiel about acquiring commercial real estate. How to generate leads, approach lenders, etc. He charges 6k for 6 months but offers a discounted rate of 3k. Everything he said sounded beneficial along with 24/7 access, biweekly coaching call, training videos, etc. He also claims a lot of his students are very successful and close their first deal within 90 days. What are your opinions on a real estate coach?

thank you!

The right coach and mentor will make a huge difference and will fast track your success if you are an action taker. Remember you can’t google experience and what you don’t know is what will cost you the most in mistakes and lost opportunities.
