Vacation Rental vs Single Family

Total newbie but been doing my homework. I have a generic opinion question about vacation rentals vs single family or maybe duplex. No specific opportunities at the moment but just trying to decide where I want to start with my first investment.

Thanks in advance!

Consider a rental property that can be used as a vacation rental and corporate rental. Figure out how to use both these industries to maximize occupancy.
