I am just starting, diving into the inter workings of Real estate investing. I am very eager to link up and learn from someone who has gained a lot of experience who is willing to share their knowledge somewhat of a mentor you could say. I live in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles county. I would greatly appreciate your time. Thank You

The SFV is where I grew up and where most of my job sites are located. Curious as to why you selected wholesaling as your focus and topic of this thread. I realize that wholesaling is almost always thrown out there for the "best way to get started in RE investing" but that is simply not true. No cash, no credit, no problem is the typical jargon. Wholesaling is NOT investing, it is a marketing business and not as easy to become successful in as many lay out. Investing takes money (doesn't have to be yours) and it most importantly takes knowledge of your market conditions and the numbers of the deals. Without that knowledge, you can not be successful consistently in any strategy of RE.

I do suggest and agree to attend as many meetings as possible and learn from others, but beware of the "salesman" pitching "educational products and services" to you. Nobody is going to look out for your wallet but you so accept that challenge.
