Hello all! I am a new investor currently living in California. I will soon be transferring within my job to Houston, TX. I am in the middle of my research on the different sub-divisions of neighborhoods and areas where I would like to potentially invest. So far, I've began studying the crime heat maps, rents, housing costs, flood maps, etc. If anyone has any input on some B class neighborhoods within Harris County, I would love to discuss your perspective and reasons why you like them.

I appreciate any and all help. Thanks
