Hi,

New here, starting out. I live in the new jersey area. I have been looking for my first investment for a few months. have about 60k in cash savings. New jersey is an expensive area and full of investors, it has been hard to find an investment property. Is any one here in the New jersey area that has experience and can give guidance to a new investor? What is the best way to look for partners?
