Newbie REI Business Plan
Hi everyone! I am new to BP and the amazing world of Real Estate Investing. I feel like I have been reading and looking at different properties for awhile, but I am wanting to create a business plan that is somewhat adaptable/repeatable over time. Does anyone have any advice on creating a business plan? Or is this even a step that I should be taking right now?
