How are you taking advantage of this time?

The effects of coronavirus are horrible, but it's still given me a huge opportunity to learn and do things I hadn't done before. Has this time been good for you too?

@Luis Rivera It's been more challenging just to get the regular things I used to do done. I spend three hours every morning teaching kindergarten to two of my three kids.

It does help by forcing me to make the hard decisions on what are the most urgent and important things to focus on to expand my business. For me, I've restructured our current Fund to provide more incentive to early investors, which worked. The other thing has been to expand our marketing.

Look for motivated sellers. Look for joint venture partners. Reach out to all your real estate professionals: realtors, mortgage brokers, lawyers, property managers. Research everything you can about creative real estate investing.
