Hi @Travis Hill some of the top options are HELOC, Cash out refinance or sell/1031 exchange to something bigger. Really depends on your goals and strategies. Take your time and make sure to connect with other local investors and learn before pulling the trigger on anything.

HELOC or cash out. You can take the equity from the home to buy a flip/BRRR. And you can rent the inherited home out too. Great starting point!
