Best Job for Learning Real Estate

Hi everyone,

As my other part-time job (sport-based) does not seem like it will be happening this year, I'm looking to get a part-time job in real estate as I continue to learn before investing myself. My question is, in your experience, what is a good part-time job that will teach me real estate skills? And do you think that any RE companies are looking to hire in the current state of the job market?

Thanks for any and all responses!

@Andrew Fisher

So lots of people will tell you RE agent. Go ahead and get your license if you want. However, I think doing acquisitions will teach you a lot more than being an agent. So see if you can find a flipper to do acquisitions for. This will teach you to find DEALS not sell people pretty houses.
