Hello BiggerPockets members,

I hope everyone is staying safe and spending some time with loved ones.

I am a newbie looking to start my Real Estate investing journey with a house hack, potentially a rehab in the Las Vegas area. I have been researching and I now want to reach out to a lender so that I can begin the process. Does anyone have a lender they can recommend?

This will be my first real estate investment and I would love to hear any tips, feedback, and best practices from the BP family.
