thanks for the reply.  i would certainly like to connect and get your personal opinion on MHPs.  i have a single family unit, but thinking about transitioning into MHP.  i have some thoughts on it and would certainly like to bounce off some ideas and strategies.  I am new to the BP community, how do people connect? over the phone? or email?
