Rent to Own & Subleasing
Happy Wednesday BP'ers!
Does anyone have experience with rent-to-own with option to buy? I don't want to live in the property. I would like to run the numbers on on subletting it to another tenant to see if it's possible for investors. I'm sure I didn't invent this idea so can someone tell me if there is a buzz word for this type of investing and what do those deals look like? Are there any companies out there that specialize in this?
