Investing in real estate with my sibling
My brother and I would like to partner up to begin investing in real estate. Our thought was to create an LLC, but I have heard that an LLC limits your loan options. I am curious if there are better options or if anyone has experience creating an LLC between two family members. Thank you in advance for any help or guidance.
