Investment Guidance Needed!
Hi everyone,
I am very new to buying/investing. Currently located in the south suburbs of Chicagoland area. I am looking to purchase a duplex and live in one unit and rent out the other or purchase a small (2-5 unit) apartment building and do the same. Any guidance on how/where to start, best way to finance, etc. would be much appreciated!! Thank you!
