Home Not Selling ugh!!

I have a beautiful 1/2 million dollar townhome in a desirable part of Baltimore. It's comped right. I have professional photos and staging. It's posted all over MLS, FB, Craigslist, and even forums using keywords of my desired audience. I've sent out emails and blasts. Every lead that comes in from my ads are looking for section 8 or are tirekickers. For the life of me I can't understand why this has been sitting on the market for 5+ months. Other townhomes for a larger price point are selling in the same neighborhood. Any advice on what more I can do so that I'm not flushing money down the toilet? Any help is truly appreciated.

Sounds like your real estate agent isn't promoting it within the industry. Try a more active agent.
