Look to buy first STR in Florida.
My wife and I are being relocated to Orlando. We are looking for a str within to 100 miles to invest and use for some weekends. We found some great properties in Daytona, but Rental restrictions are not str friendly.
What city do you recommend for affordability and rental potential.(Gulf or East coast) We are in the 250k range. (Also must be fog friendly) most HOAs don’t like viscous Golden Retrievers.
