Real Estate License Advantageous?

Aaron Genaro
Posted

I currently have a real estate license, but I'm not actively practicing and haven't in years. I've just taken the CEs to renew every couple of years just in case I want to practice full time. I'm wondering what the pros and cons might be to letting my license expire and just investing without it, or whether I should hold onto it. Any advice would be much appreciated.
