$40 a month unlimited skip tracing

Hey guys I was wondering do anybody have any experience with mojo dialer skip tracing system. I ask this question because this gives you the ability to skip trace unlimited for $40 which to me causes red flags with actually making real contact when using this. From my experience for a list alone with 300-400 properties would cost around that 35-50 dollars. Just wanted to boost things up but I’m a little cautious about this service.
