Investment Rental Property in Pensacola FL
Hi BP Members
My wife and I are looking to purchase our first investment property in the Pensacola and surrounding areas late this year or earlier next spring of 2021. We are interested in a SFH, townhome or duplex turnkey rental property that is not too far from the beaches or downtown. I would love to get insight and suggestions/advice from fellow experienced BP members that are currently investing in this market. We know the area fairly well because we visit family that resides there but not too familiar with target markets/areas that are good for investing.
