Virtual Wholesaling in Arlington, TX
Hi everyone, I'm beginning my real estate journey with wholesaling (which will hopefully morph into buying and holding). I live in southern CA so I my goal is to do virtual wholesale deals in the Arlington, TX market. I'd really like to begin with a JV partner. My plan is to take care of the majority of the acquisition side of things and lean on the JV partner for the disposition end. Does anyone have any helpful tips or know wholesalers in the area? Thanks.
