Meeting with a seller today of a probate property, this person is the executor named by the probate court out of his 2 siblings. If we end up reaching an agreement for a price are any of the heirs required to initial and or sign the contract as well?

I was talking to the title company last night and it seemed like just the executor needs to sign but I wanted to ask here to clarify

Heirs often want more money and I tell them I am dealing with the executor but if they want they can buy the property themselves and pay the other heirs their share of what they think it it is worth, and if they do that I will step out of the picture. Funny, they never think of putting up, so they have to shut up, sort of.
