How to turn contract into title company during the weekend?
If you were to meet with a seller and get a property under contract to purchase for yourself, how would you turn it in and open title companies are closed during the weekend?
You only have 48 hours to turn a contract in from time of execution for it to be effective.
That means if I were to get a contract today I would have until sunday to turn it into the title company, but on sunday the title company is closed.
