how to reduce the title insurance costs on your refinance?
My local credit union is offering a low rate on a 30 yr fixed and offering to waive the origination fee and possibly the appraisal fee. But there is a big line item for title insurance which eats into the cost of the refinance. Is there a way to refinance using some online title company or any tips on getting rid of it. The credit union will not offer credit on the loan to offset it.
