Hi everyone,

What marketing techniques (i.e. Social Media, SEO, Direct Mail, Cold Calling, etc.) have you found to be most successful in your virtual wholesaling business? 

I am new to the business in the midwest and have a thin marketing budget. Would like to reduce wasted time and money on marketing on the front end as much as possible.
