Investing OOS with a team
Hello I live in So cal and am looking at properties out of state for investing. I currently have 60k cash and am looking to see what kind of team can assist me in buying OOS. The midwest seems a good place to invest considering the price of real estate in california. Also cause of COVID im wondering if its worth saving my income to wait out a possible real estate crash
