Seeking funding for investment property in AZ
Hello! Can we get some suggestions on where to look for funding for an investment property (4-plex) in AZ? We have a C-corp, but no verifiable income stream yet. We are working full-time at our business, so we do not have W-2s either. The lack of income on either end is holding us back. The property is $500k and monthly income would be about $3800. Suggestions?
