Hampton Bays / Southampton Rentals
Hello, my name is Sean Buchner. I recently graduated from the University at Buffalo with a major in Structural Engineering. I got a job in Southampton NY on long island and I am looking to start house hacking around November - January. I need recommendations on good agents and property managers who understand investing because with the high price points and high taxes in NY I need to make sure the numbers work out and I find a good deal. I will be looking to buy in 4-6 months (roughly) because at that point I should have a decent amount for down payment and cushion. Please refer anyone or reach out if you serve this area. Thank You!
PS I have been reading/listening to podcasts for 2-3 years now so I am knowledgeable on the investing side and have experience with labor on residential house and now design residential house to stand as a structural engineering so I am ready to take all this knowledge and turn it into cash flow
