How much does the market matter in wholesaling?
Obviously the market will affect the profitability of the deals, but are there markets where wholesaling is impossible? Right now, I'm interested mainly in southern California, Riverside to be exact. I know in Riverside, buy and hold investing almost never cashflows, but is wholesaling the same way?
