Deal in the works, no contract and owner requires Proof Of Funds
Hey, All! I’m new to the business. Currently working on a deal that requires proof of funds. What should I do? Do I need to borrow money. I ultimately plan to assign the contract to another investor but often run into this problem. Please help. Thanks!
