Hey guys just wanted to say I GOT MY FIRST HOME UNDER CONTRACT!!!!! OMGOODNESS IM EXCITED! It’s outside of Grand Rapids which is what I was originally looking for but the deal popped up in Kalamazoo and I decided to swing at it anyways! :) I can barely sit still lol I’m so pumped! I just didnt want you guys to think I gave up so I had to update.
