Hello everyone,

I am officially new to BiggerPockets, although I have frequented this site many times while doing my research.

I am beginning my wholesaling journey here in Chicago, and I am looking forward to the many tips and tricks, and lessons there is to learn.

I have already sent out my letters to absentee owners and I am receiving phone calls from them already. I need to do my research and negotiate a good price for them.

I am looking for investors who would like to buy these properties and future properties at a wholesale price.

I am also looking to be someone's apprentice.

I can exchange my time for your knowledge and advice.

I can help with anything you need or don't want to pay for such as administrative work (stuffing envelopes, online research, driving around for dollars, posting signs) etc.

I don't have a problem doing grunt work if it means I'm helping someone get things done and make money while I'm learning something that will help me make money as well for myself in the future.

I am very appreciative for everyone on this site and what you all have offered me in terms of information and ideas. I look forward to when the time comes and I can pay it forward.
