Researching Future Development of a City or Neighborhood?
Hi Everyone!
Thought I would ask the best and the brightest on real estate investing that I know of...
When examining a city's future plans for development, what resources do you typically use to do so? And how do you ensure that the future development is relatively likely to go forward? I know nothing is certain but there are definitely more certain future developments than others.
