bought my first house last year and was planning to update and rent it. After listening to bigger pockets podcast for a while I decided it might be better for me to pivot into out of state rentals for the time being. curious about experiences others have had doing this through renttoretirement or similar companies.

Replied

@Lukas Crossland

For turnkey, you have the right idea looking at @Zach Lemaster over at Rent to Retirement. They provide high quality rentals in markets that maximize cash flow and appreciation. I recently just closed on a property with them myself.

The property was fully renovated, had a tenant in place and was at an affordable number. I was given a local team to support me and good cash flow. I had an early maintenance issue and my team rushed to get it covered and has agreed to totally reimburse me for it.

They're a great way to get your portfolio going with a sound investment.
