Hello all,
I am interested in a home in Pearl City, Hawaii. It has been on Zillow for over a year and asking price is 129,000. Do you think I would be low balling if I offer 100,000? It does need some renovations due to the old layout to change into a more modern home. It has also been listed for awhile. This would be my first time purchasing so I want to get a good deal, but also do not want be rude asking for so low. Any recommendations?
