Estimating Rehab Costs - Worksheets

I am just getting started looking for a BRRRR deal. I bought the BRRRR book and the how to analyze rehab cost book today. I've been looking on BiggerPockets website to try to find a template for estimating rehab costs. I haven't been able to find anything. Does anyone have a template they'd be willing to share?

Hey Rebecca,

I have a spreadsheet uploaded to my fileplace here on BP which has a Repair Estimator tool for creating estimates.  It has 24 common repair categories & around 400 common repairs & starter prices that you can use to help you get started.
