Indiana Multi-family Discussion
I am a real estate broker here in Indiana, and recently got into the multi family space. With a combination of luck and hard work i was able to partner up with one of the biggest apartment brokers in the midwest. With over 1.25 BILLION in sales, he is certainly one of the best people i can be working under.
I am writing this post to hopefully meet owners, lenders, and other player in the multi family sector. I am 22, so at this stage in my career im 100% focused on education and building relationships. If you have any advice please feel free to comment/message me, or just introduce yourself!
