Dallas TX Real Estate Investing for Beginners
Looking to start investing in single family house rental and flip/wholetail properties in/around Dallas, Texas. Does anyone know of any areas (suburbs, outskirts) where we can find $100k price range single family homes? Most homes in Dallas are $300+ for anything decent, so we are thinking we need to look outside of the city, we just don’t know where to start.
