New Hampshire Real Estate Pros
Hey everyone,
I'm looking to purchase my first rental property here in southern NH within the next year. From my analysis, the Rochester-Dover area and the Concord-Nashua strip seem to be the best places to invest in rental properties. I would like to use the BRRR strategy on 2-4 unit properties to begin, and hopefully expand into larger properties (4+ units) in the future.
I’m looking to begin making connections with professionals in the NH real estate industry so I can jump right into investing when it works for me. Are there any companies/individuals you guys recommend I connect with that have a good track record? Property managers, appraisers, inspectors, lenders, attorneys, agents, etc.
