Hello. I put a house under contract using one agent. I found another house that I want to put an offer in but I want to use another agent am I allowed to do this or am I locked in with my current agent?

You sign an exclusive buyer's agent (or whatever they call it in your state) agreement?

If YES, you can use another broker, but you'll need to pay the other guy.

Do NOT sign an exclusive buyer's agreement.
