Hello,

I am wondering if Bigger Pockets is just as effective for Canadian real estate investors like myself? I am just starting my career in real estate investing and want to know if there is any Canadians out there who use this platform to help them or is there a more Canadian focused one? For example I want to use the calculator tools on the Bigger Pockets website but it is only based in US so is it just as effective for myself to use it for Canadian real estate markets?
