Finding Tenants Before Buying Property
Would this work:
>You find a good deal or listing
-would you need to speak to the owner to get a note or something in order to post it as though you were renting it out?
-Keep in mind this is before buying or making any down payment
>Find tenant's looking to rent
>Then buy property or make downpayment
>Rent out to tenants you found
