Looking for someone in the Minneapolis area
Hey im a new investor and im willing to learn and im very serious about this I've done a lot of research into the topic of investing in real estate such as wholesaling and fix and flips but cant quite get it i have contacted people trying to make deals and im not even sure if they are good deals ect. I know about the 70% percent rule and all that good stuff but if anyone would be interested and help out a dedicated newbie i would be more then grateful and owe you alot so message me anytime
