Young Professional Looking to Get Into Rental Properties!
Hi All, I am a 23 year old college graduate with a degree in civil engineering. I work as a superintendent for a general contractor in Boston. I have a good understanding of the construction side of the industry but I want to get into the investing side! After reading books such as "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and "The Book on Rental Property Investing" I have been obsessed with owning property. I'm here to look for networking and/or advice and buying my first property once I have my own money saved, a possible investor, or a loan to fund my first purchase! Any and all advice welcome!
