Looking to Network - Central NJ / Hudson Valley

I'm an investor looking to get into BRRRR model investing in Central New Jersey and Hudson Valley area. I reside in Manhattan but am somewhat familiar with the area on the commercial side because of my work.

I would really like to build a network with BP members active in the area who are:

Wholesalers, contractors, agents, or anyone who is willing to share his/her wisdom in the area.
