Looking at my first potential project this weekend!

I'm going to view my first potential flip project this weekend. I know the current price and have an estimate of the ARV. I was wondering if it is advisable to bring a GC to view the home as well to come up with an estimate on the rehab or take notes and pictures and then visit one?
